Terms of rental for The Larches 2007/08
The following details represent the terms and conditions for guests renting
All guests are asked kindly to read through the following terms and to sign and return a printable copy to the owner at the following address on securing the booking:

FACILITIES AND SERVICES SUPPLIED FOR THE
The Larches provides a self catered cottage for 6-8 persons. (see website for further details). All guests are requested to inform the owners of the names of guests visiting the cottage as well any change to the self-catering arrangements for insurance purposes.
The cottage provides a fully equipped kitchen and a full inventory is available on arrival at the cottage.
All linen and towels are supplied and on arrival, the cottage will be fully cleaned, and all beds will be made up for guests. Any arrangements for further cleaning facilities throughout the week should be made by prior arrangement. It is the responsibility of the owners to ensure that all services and amenities (electricity, gas, lighting etc.) are fully functioning in the cottage. PRE-HOLIDAY AND ARRIVAL PLANNING
Arrangements for keys will be made prior to your arrival.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests are requested to report any breakages following their visit to cottage. Guests are requested to keep the cottage clean and tidy and to respect the furniture. A refundable cheque deposit of £50:00 will be required prior to visit to cover any breakages, and excessive cleaning etc.
PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
Prices are confirmed on receipt of guest list and booking. A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking and this should be a cheque made payable to and sent to

Full payment should be made no later than 8 weeks before due arrival date. In the event of cancellation of the booking the following conditions apply: Between date of when the booking was made and up to 8 weeks before the date of arrival, 20% of the total monies due will need to be paid. Between 8 weeks and the date of arrival, 50% of the total monies due need to be paid.
Should cancellation of the booking be made 2 weeks before the arrival, then 100% of the monies due should be paid.
