LOUNGE

This is located on the ground floor to the front of the property and benefits from stunning views over the countryside. It has been freshly decorated and is furnished with a three seater sofabed, a two seater sofa and a footstool. There is a wood burning stove in this room and there will be a plentiful supply of logs for use during your stay. There is a television with Sky, A DVD player and video recorder. There is a small selection of DVDs and videos for your use.

KITCHEN

This is located at the rear of the property on the ground floor. It has recently been completely refurbished. It has a built in dishwasher. There is a large fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, 4 ring gas hob, and electric oven and grill. There is a small table that comfortably seats four in the kitchen.

DINING ROOM/LIVING AREA

Large double doors lead from the kitchen into the dining area. There is a large table that can seat eight comfortably. There is a sofa and an armchair in this room and a log burning stove. There are open views to the countryside.

SHOWER ROOM

There is a new bathroom on the ground floor with a power shower, toilet and wash hand basin. On ground floor level there is a back porch in which there are cupboards which house the electricity meter, floor brushes, mops, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board plus pegs for the washing line.

First Floor

BEDROOM 1

This is a large double room with a king size bed, a wardrobe, bookcase and chest of drawers. There is an armchair that readily converts into a single bed. There are open views to the countryside.

BEDROOM 2

This is another large double room with a king size bed, two chests of drawers, a wardrobe, a desk. There is also a child’s size “z” bed in this room.

BEDROOM 3

This is primarily a child’s bedroom with bunk beds, bedside locker and a small chest of drawers.

MAIN BATHROOM

This has been refurbished with new bath, toilet and wash hand basin.
